Details about this service: Full arch/edentulous surgical guides involve different data acquisition and alignment processes, resulting in a surgical plan that covers the whole arch or bilateral correlated (aligned) arches. Cases involving overdentures, All on-X, implant supported restorations involving two quadrants, fixed hybrid restorations.

Service Includes: This service includes importing CT scan, confirming the panoramic curve, drawing nerves, placing implants, abutments and virtual teeth, bone segmentation to an STL file, the printing of the arch, pin guide (if selected), reduction guide - buccal side only (if selected), and implant guide. All guides are indexed based on PINS. This service also includes exporting the surgical guide from the Blue Sky Plan software, printing the surgical guide (using an FDA compliant material) and inserting the relevant metal cylinders. Please Include any other information relevant to case. Especially important information would be about changes in esthetics and vertical dimension.(Ex longer teeth, open vertical, occlusal plane correction) Photos will help us tremendously but we also need to know patient's likes and dislikes.
