Service Includes: Include any relevant information or special considerations Above, please select the number of aligners for the case. The user that planned this case should be able to provide this information, or it can be checkedin the Blue Sky Plan Software.

Service Does Not Include: This service does not include the creation of the ortho digital plan (final tooth positioning). The ortho plan should already be prepared prior to ordering this service. Additional fees may apply for cases that require model 'clean up' or fixing. LabPronto reserves the right to refuse any order (even after case acceptance) that is deemed to be to complicated or not relevant for aligners.
