A completed treatment plan should be sent with the surgical guide already designed in the software (designed but not exported). Please make sure to note 1) The guided surgical kit which will be used 2) The part ID and / or dimensions of the metal cylinder to be inserted into the surgical guide.

Details about this service: This service includes a printed surgical guide of exporting from (STL or BSB) surgical guide design. When using other software that is not Blue Sky Plan, please note that there will be an additional charge for purchasing guide sleeves directly from the original manufacture. LabPronto is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or absence.

Service Does Not Include: This service does not include treatment planning, reviewing the treatment plan, making any changes to the treatment plan or the exported STL file, or inserting the metal cylinders unless these services are selected in the order form as add on services.
